The next stop on our tour of Atlantic Station is an empty field. This will not remain an empty field for much longer. A vertical trailer park for yuppies, named Element, will be going up soon. According to the nearby billboard, shitboxes will start in the high $100s. As an aside, the advertisements for this development are some of the lamest I have ever seen - they all feature attractive women and the tagline, "are you in your element?". The obvious implication created by the ads is if one is dumb enough to pay $200,000 for a condominium made out of sticks, hot women will beat down the door. Thanks, but I will keep my money and spend it on something useful that will last, like a 'Blad and some Zeiss glass.
